I received a replacement bulb for my TV... On Feb. 13th less than a month after installation it failed... an email request for assistance and replacement through Amazon has not been responded to... only the usual and customary auto-receipt of my message...
The amazon "system" has demanded a star rating... note that zero is not an option!!!

Lamp replacement was received in a very timely manner. It was supposed to include the housing but was only the lamp. It took some time, but was easy due to the references packed with the lamp. The seller was notified, by phone, that the replacement did not include the housing and the additional charges for the housing should be credited. He looked up the order and immediately gave a refund. Except for this error, which might mean that quality control is lacking, I am pleased with the purchase.
